Boulder has changed a lot since I was a kid. Now is the time for new, sustainable, progressive change.
I care about the livelihood and safety of our community. I want affordable housing to be available to everyone involved in Boulder’s community. New housing needs to be created in a sustainable and environmentally progressive way that includes community members of all types.
I have been concerned about the environment my entire life. Climate change has been happening for as long as I can remember. Now, more than ever, we need to change the way our society consumes and produces. Petroleum-based plastics are outdated, and we need to provide bio-composite plastic as an alternative. We need to create incentives for sustainable, consumer-based products. We need to provide solar energy at lower cost to citizens, by providing more solar grants and initiatives for passive solar cryptocurrency income. We need to use CU’s research on greywater recycling to alleviate the decade-long drought.
Boulder is one of the most well-educated cities in the world, and it has the capacity to achieve a sustainable way of living.
I have a vision that Boulder can be one of the most sustainable cities.
