| Info | Tom returned to Guam in 1983 after completing Undergraduate and Graduate university studies and serving 6-yrs of Active duty in the U.S. Army. Tom completed Graduate studies in Public Sector Management and Regional Planning & Analysis at Indiana University. He has served as Deputy GM for Guam Waterworks (formerly PUAG), GM for GPA, a 4-term Senator, and Commissioner on the CCU. Tom has also held senior management positions in the private sector, and recently completed PMBA studies at the University of Guam. Tom's combined career experiences in the public, private, and military sectors are major contributing factors in Tom's ability to bring a balanced and practical approach to the analysis and resolution of community issues.
