Think you are the one that suggested the best book I've read in the last year (and which I still talk about and reference) - The Johnstown Flood by David McCullough. Not only was it a great history read, but McCullough retelling provides the amazing humanizing story telling that he uniquely is capable of doing. Thank you for that suggestion.
It certainly sounds like a suggestion I would've made. It's one of my favorite books, especially since I had a relative who died in the flood... Thank you...

Pennsylvanian: Trump and Harris will be holding rallies, with about an hour of crossover, just a few miles apart in downtown Pittsburgh on Monday afternoon/evening. Needless to say, I shall be avoiding that giant cluster by all means necessary.
Don't even bother leaving the house. It'll be a damn nightmare dahntahn.

Ishin's already said they won't work with the LDP. They might try to rope in the DPP, though. Tamaki has been open to working with them in the past, but after making such good gains he doesn't have a lot of incentive to prop up the LDP along with Komeito.
There's probably going to be another election soon.

Ichiro Ozawa is backing Noda. Kind of funny since it was Ozawa's opposition to Noda that ended up splitting the DPJ and causing the landslide loss that put the LDP back in power.

Typical South Hills suburb. Hometown of one of the best Yinzers of all time, Rick Sebak (if you ever watched a PBS documentary on theme parks or hot dogs, he’s probably the one that made it). Also, Andy Warhol is buried there. It’s really a nice little town. Would not have been the first Mon Valley town I’d have guessed if you just said the shooter was from the Mon Valley. I’d have guessed one of the dumpier old coal/steel towns like Donora or Charleroi.
