I think Trump has to be winner hands down after trying to attempt a coup. I mean good god.

Wow. You mean it took us almost 6 full months to put Lindell up here? Hard to believe.

Republicans will dominate this category and rightfully so, but in the interest of fairness, Cuomo, Feinstein, and Sinema seem like they should be considered here.

Nutjob of the Year: nominate any politician (US or international) that you think has shown particularly notable idiocy, lunacy, or sheer madness during the year, either during a single instance or during a collection of instances.
If you wish to nominate someone, please add a link referencing the reason for nomination. This will help at the end of the year; memories fade.
There is a preliminary round of voting at the end of the year. If a candidate does not receive multiple nominations (two votes), they will be struck from the ballot. This eliminates candidates who are nominated for either curious reasons or personal dislikes.

How is Sery Kim on the list. She was the underdog the whole election.

I would exclude Feinstein since if she says something detached from reality (and I don't think she is in the same league as some of the other nominees) it is because of dementia.

Sure, but dementia is a legitimate form of mental dysfunction, and I believe has even been categorized in some contexts as a mental illness. So not really an exclusionary criteria, with respect to one's status as a Nutjob.

I don’t think “nutjob” is a scientific term in our context.
