I’m having a tough time imagining a Republican Senate confirming Bernie Sanders. I’m even having a hard time seeing a 50-50 Senate confirming - Manchin has been pretty vocal about the party moving too far left and I could see him voting against Sanders for Labor.

He could but it would be for like 1 of 2 reasons:
1. "We have worked with Bernie as a friend and Blah blah Blah"
2. Being Sec of Labor means: No more Senator Bernie

Collins could, but otherwise, I don't think there is a possibility of another GOP vote.

There is no way Biden appoints any senator or governor - Democrats aren't in a position to give up an elected official, especially for a lower tier cabinet post like this one.

I think Collins, Romney, and Murkowski might be more open to some but not all Biden nominees.

I think Collins, Romney, and Murkowski might be more open to some but not all Biden nominees.
Romney, in an interview today, openly expressed support for Coons at State, Udall for Interior, and Mark Warner in some capacity.
He explicitly opposed Warren or Sanders at Treasury or Commerce.
