If I lived in this district, and the run-off came down to Hunter and Issa, I'd have to vote for Hunter. As repulsive as he is, I just think Issa is a sickening excuse for a public servant (and Hunter already sets a low bar for that).

Governor says it will be too difficult to set-up a special election to fill Hunter's vacancy or consolidate with this race. Seat will stay vacant until new Congress convenes in January of 2021. [Link]
