"The Arkansas Redevelopment Project Question, also known as Issue 2, was a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment on the November 6, 2012 statewide ballot in the state of Arkansas, where it was defeated.
The measure would have authorized cities and counties to create districts within that county for redevelopment projects. The measure was authored and sponsored by Arkansas State Senator Jake C. Files during the state's legislative session."
