Sunday Racing and the Extension of Saturday Racing Hours
Shall chapter 117 of the laws of 1980 making it lawful to conduct horse racing and parimutuel wagering on Sundays between 12 noon and 1 a.m. the following day, and extending Saturday racing and wagering hours so that the close of racing and wagering is at 1 a.m. the following day rather than midnight Saturday, be approved and become operative?
