| Description |
After the resignation of Timothy P. Casey on January 26, 2006 due to conflict of interest concerns pertaining to a new business venture he had started, Eric B. Meaux was appointed by the Wauwatosa Common Council on Feburary 20, 2006, after four days of interviews and deliberation.
Meaux was elected in his own right on April 3, 2007, in a special election to fill the rest of Casey's unexpired term.
