| Description |
In voting on these appointment candidates, a five vote majority wa required for a candidate to be selected for appointment. Chao and Maeda both earned four votes on their roll calls, Sibonga earned three, Knox and Velázquez earned zero.
Clark won on a 6-2 vote, with Councilmen Della and McIver voting no. They changed their votes after it became apparent Clark had the needed support in order to make the vote unanimous.
