Description |
While a majority of the Conservative Party delegates supported Nixon over Wallace, the party was divided over whether or not they should run the same slate of electors as the Republicans. Shortly before the convention, Nixon personally asked the party not to run a seperate slate. As a compromise, the party endorsed Nixon, but left Row C empty on the ballot. This vote reflects which candidate the delegates supported.
