I'd refrain from adding either in the GE as of now, as they both still would have to get through the primary.

We can always add a primary and replace while preserving individual lean predictions.

I wanted to record her announcement. Since there hasn't been a D or R primary in several years I was hesitant to add primary races particularly since there are no primaries in TX for candidates that are unopposed.

I guess we can create primaries for both and just re-use the races if no one opposes either. Honestly don't have a strong opinion.
