My wife and I dined at one of his restaurants when we were in NYC. To call the menu eclectic is an understatement. But for a special trip was quite an memorable experience.
I'm a big fan of Andres' style. Been ripping off his piquillo pepper sauce ever since trying it with beef at one of his Vegas restaurants and being comparably astonished at how delicious it is and how simple it is. Plus, any tasting menu that starts to with a plate stacked with Iberico ham has got to have the right idea.
