The long-time advocate of ethnic Turks in Bulgaria called the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS), and a decades-long ally of GERB, was split in two in late September due to factional divisions and will not be on the ballot. It may even be forced to dissolve. The DPS will instead be "championed" by the two faction leaders and their new parties: the DPS-Dogan (aka, the Alliance for Rights and Freedoms) led by Ahmed Dogan, and the DPS-Peevski (aka, the "Movement for Rights and Freedoms - A New Beginning" or "DPS - A New Beginning") led by Delyan Peevski (which seems to have the better shot of the two). This renders coalition-building and governing post election even more complicated and, perhaps, impossible.
