What a weird rule.
Not only weird but archaic and undemocratic, it should be repealed.

I think it's a good thing that in some states, election for Governor and Lt Governor are seperate.

Due to neither winning 50% of the vote, a legislative vote was triggered.
Rodgers won the legislative secret ballot vote by 158-18 over incumbent David Zuckerman.

Alright, Time for me to go tinfoil hat and figure out who those 18 are....
First the 5 people who's primary affiliation is the Progressive Party:
-Brian Cina
-Troy Headrick
-Kate Logan
-Chloe Tomlinson
-Tanya Vyhovsky
Next the 9 people who's SECONDARY Affiliation is the Progressive Party:
-Kesha Ram Hinsdale
-Philip Baruth
-Andrew Perchlik
-Anne Watson
-Barbara Rachelson
-Kate McCann
-Conor Casey
-Mike Mrowicki
-Esme Cole
And I would add Laura Sibilia to the pot because she has advocated for RCV, which would have more than likely led to Zuckerman winning.
Keep in mind this is all speculation and only adds to 15 anyways, these things should not be secret

I would like to congratulate future governor John Rodgers on his win. They finally found someone to replace Phil Scott when he retires.
