As someone who has looked into Venezuelan Politics and some elements of how Authoritarian Leaders like to rig "elections" it makes sense
Iirc the Carter Center was one of the the observers allowed there, so I guess I'll wait on them b4 I can make a real assessment.
Like I said, I wish Maduro let Machado run and didn't interfere with the PCV and so that there'd be no room for doubt
