Redfield did some polls in September 2020 in AZ/MN/NC that were a bit off of the field result Tina Smith by 15 (51-36) when she won by 5 (49-44). Cal Cunningham by 11 (49-38) when he lost by 1 1/2. Roy Cooper by 19 (55-36) when he won by 4 1/2. Mark Kelly by 17 (52-35) when he won by 2.

Yeah, those aren't the type of errors I was talking about. Those SHOULD be included. However, even being off by that much shouldn't be that big of an effect when averaged over the 200 or so polls they have done. I'm thinking more that they polled someone who dropped out or was replaced by someone else or something like that.
