Allow an "Anti-Endorsement" type to indicate opposition to a specific Candidate.
This indicates that the Candidate will be opposed in all circumstances - primary or general election.
It should not be used to support opposition to any/most candidates of a party. It should not be used to indicate opposition to all candidates not endorsed.
This has potential for abuse, so be careful.
