Polling Firm Default Contact Type
Long Description
Add a "Default Contact Type" field to Polling Firms.
Populate this field for existing firms with Contact Type of most recent poll by them.
When a new Poll is entered, changing the Polling Firm will automatically change the Contact Type to match the firm's Default Contact Type.
