Center-right party supporting government decentralization as a means of boosting private development in Mozambique. Party was founded by 2004 presidential candidate Carlos Reis, who also formed the coalition Front for Change and Good Governance (FMGB) with the Party for All Nationalist Mozambicans (Partonamo) in 2004, and joined his UNAMO party to the Renamo-União Eleitoral alliance in 2004 [Partido União Nacional Moçambicana (UNAMO)].
