Center-right party begun as a local interests movement based in the province of Córdoba. It was founded in 1999 by Kasem Dandach, a provincial legislator and candidate for governor of Córdoba province. Party supports free market market principles, provincial regionalism and judicial reform. Party president is Raúl Albarracín, party leader in the province of Córdoba and 2015 & 2019 presidential candidate [Movimiento de Acción Vecinal (MAV)].
