| Description | Center-left party representing the interests of Latvian Russians. Party was founded as the Russian-interests consortium "For the Rights of Man in a United Latvia" ["Par cilvēka tiesībām vienotā Latvijā" (PCTVL)] by the leaders of three post-Soviet Latvian-Russian parties, the Movement for Social Justice and Equality, the People's Harmony Party and the Socialist Party of Latvia. Party calls itself "left-wing economic and socially conservative." Party is co-chaired by MP Tatyana Zhdanoka and 2022 Prime Ministerial candidate Miroslav Mitrofanov. Party holds two seats in the 60-seat Riga City Council [Latvijas Krievu savienība (LKS)]. |
