Centrist to center-left party founded by the controversial Manuel Baldizón, who was the party's candidate for President in 2015. Baldizón led out a number of MPs from the National Unity of Hope (UNE) in 2008 after disputes with its leadership. Party picked up 44 seats in the 158-seat Congress before rumors swirled that the party was infiltrated by drug trafficking groups. Party was shut down by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal in 2016.
