The Americans Coming Together Party of West Virginia (ACT) is a party of, by, and for the people of West Virginia. We are not affiliated with any other party in our state or of any other state, nor of any national party. We are not a party of politicians but rather a party of voters, who pledge to serve only by the consent of the governed. We welcome everyday citizens who believe, like us, that the power to govern rests with the people. We resist the transfer of power away from the people to state or federal government. We strive to protect the God-given natural rights of the people of West Virginia from governmental overreach, party politics, and corruption.
