Left wing, Liguria-based party co-founded and led until January 29, 2023 by Mattia Crucioli, who became its group leader in Genoa. Party began as a parliamentary group opposed to the Draghi government called the United for the Constitution-CAL (Constitution, Environment, Work). It was re-formed as a list and vehicle on October 13, 2022 to launch Crucioli's candidacy for mayor of Genoa in 2022. Crucioli put forward the candidacy of Nicola Morra, formerly of the M5, for President of Liguria in 2024. Party is led by Emanuela Corda [Uniti per la Costituzione (UpC)].
