Description | Thai-nationalist, right-of-center party launched by regime intimate Seksakon Atthawong as a political vehicle for military junta leader Prayut Chan-o-cha to use in his second run for Prime Minister in 2023. Prayut encouraged its creation after he split from his Palang Pracharath Party, which he also launched through a third party to sponsor his candidacy for prime minister in 2019. Party is led by Pirapan Salirathavibhaga, a former Democrat Party MP. Party holds 36 seats in the Thai House of Representatives [พรรครวมไทยสร้างชาติ; Ruam Thai Sang Chart Party (RTGS)]. |
