Small Socialist to 'social-democrat' party which calls for the unification of all ethnic Groups living in Kyrgyzstan and an end to ethnic tribalism or 'separateness'. Party sought substantive economic and physical redevelopment of the city of Osh during its stewardship of the city and was a loyal supporter of Kyrgyzstan's 4th President Almazbek Atambayev. Party name translates as People's Party of Unity of Nations or Unity People's Party. Party is chaired by a former deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, Myrzakmatov Melisbek Jooshbaevich [Улуттар биримдиги элдик партиясы].
