| Description | Magdeburg, Saxony-Anhalt-based right-of-center, environmentalist party focused on tree protection and the beatification of cities and small towns with shrubbery and flowers. Originally launched as the Magdeburger Gartenpartei or Magdeburg Garden Party, the party expanded state-wide and has an active branch in Liepzig and Frankfurt (launched on December 14, 2019). Party joined the Animal Welfare Alliance to form the 'Garden Party/Animal Welfare Alliance' in February 27, 2020 formed to compete in city councils. Party was founded and is led by Roland Zander [Gartenpartei or Magdeburger Gartenpartei (MGP or GP)]. |
