| Description | Aurora Mayor Pro Tem Dustin Zvonek is resigning from the City Council at the end of October, one year before the end of his term.
Zvonek announced his resignation during an Aurora council meeting Monday and did not go into detail about why he was leaving.
“Sometimes in life, you get thrown a curveball, or in my case, it was several all at once, and after much reflection and a few tough conversations I’ve made a decision that’s in the best interest of my family,” Zvonek said in a brief statement during the meeting. |
