| Description | Nearly a year after the overturn of Roe vs. Wade, some Alabama lawmakers have introduced a bill that would allow people who get abortions to be prosecuted for murder and assault in certain situations.
HB454, introduced by Rep. Ernie Yarbrough, R-Trinity, would repeal the standing provision that prohibits prosecution following an abortion. |
