| Description | Deryk Trujillo recently announced his bid for Pueblo mayor on his YouTube channel by lighting up a blunt of cannabis while reading through a packet of campaign finance rules.
Trujillo, 25, said that many young people in Pueblo aren’t involved and are disinterested in the political process because most politicians are older than them.
He didn't vote in the previous mayoral election but said he’s hoping to inspire more Gen-Z and millennial Puebloans to vote. |
