| Description | SPARTA — Sussex County Commissioner Chris Carney apologized Tuesday night for sending a text containing the word "bitch" to a Frankford school board member.
Prior to the apology, the board member, Jodi Fernandez, said she felt the text was a "personal threat" to her. Following the apology, she said she had doubts about its sincerity. |
