Description | “The governor of Maryland, Larry Hogan, went with the home team for his NCAA tournament bracket. But not only did he predict No. 16 seed UMBC — the University of Maryland, Baltimore County — would earn a historic upset over No. 1 seed Virginia, he took it a few steps farther.
Hogan’s bracket — which he tweeted a photo of Thursday just before the start of the first tournament game — shows he picked the Retrievers to cruise all the way to the Final Four and win the national title game over No. 3 seed Michigan State.“ |
