| Description | A newspaper in Argentina is reporting that former South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford has proposed to his girlfriend, Maria Belen Chapur.
The relationship was revealed in June of 2009 when Sanford, who was then governor, took off without telling anyone where he went. It was later revealed Sanford had been in Argentina visiting Belen Chapur. |
