| Description | MILWAUKEE- The Wisconsin Judicial Commission filed ethics charges against state Supreme Court Justice David Prosser on Friday.
The charges comes from the incident last June where Justice Prosser placed his hands on the neck of Justice Ann Walsh Bradley.
The judicial commission decided Justice Prosser violated three provisions of the ethics code for judges. It's now up to the state Supreme Court to send the case to a panel of judges or to a jury. The case could end up in the Supreme Court. |
