Description | As reported by Harvey Kronberg's The Quorum Report, Gov. Rick Perry set the Runoff date for State Senate Districts 1 and 31 for February 17, the same date as a few other special elections around the country, as well as (if I'm not mistaken, which I may be) several Presidential primaries. Should be an interesting night. I created the race for District 1 but it wouldn't let me add candidates for some reason. I haven't created District 31, and if someone is looking for something to do, there you go. District 31 is between two GOPers, and District 1 will be tough for Dems to win. OC DEMOCRATS: if you have ANY extra money send it to Paul Salder NOW! He needs it. He won the first vote, and if he can get more ads than Eltife, he can win the runoff.
