| Description | Sarah Palin says she isn't considering a 2012 candidacy for a U.S. Senate seat from Arizona.
The former Alaskan governor tells KNXV-TV that running for Senate is not her plan and that she hasn't considered a Senate candidacy in Arizona.
Her comments came Friday during a brief interview at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix.
Palin's recent purchase of a part-time home in Scottsdale spurred speculation that she might run for the Senate seat now held by fellow Republican Jon Kyl.
Kyl is not running for re-election.
