The link on fund-raisers promotes a $1,000 fund-raiser at Ruth's Chris and a $100 event at Mad Pizza.
Raising funds for what? Jim Holt 2010. Whatever that means.
Maybe he's running for Benton County Quorum Court. Or maybe it's U.S. Senate. If so, that would make nine on the Republican side.

UPDATE: Tolbert adds more evidence that Holt is about to enter the race. Meanwhile on this front, operatives report Stanley Reed financial callers are hard at work (one from a fellow normally seen on a bond company's trading floor in the First Security building) pointing to a $1 million campaign chest by Dec. 31. |
