Description | In just three days as Labor leader, Mark Latham has slashed John Howard's lead as preferred Prime Minister, giving Labor MPs confidence that they were justified in replacing Simon Crean with the inexperienced contender.
A special ACNeilsen AgePoll has found that 58 per cent of voters approved of Mr Latham's elevation, that he has lifted Labor's primary vote by 3 per cent and almost halved Mr Howard's advantage as preferred Prime Minister. |
