Assemblyman Anthony Seminerio, a Queens Democrat, realized he was missing out on big money and built a corrupt consulting firm to capture income and property for himself from people benefiting from his actions as a state lawmaker, a public corruption complaint unsealed today alleges.
``I was doing favors for these sons of b---- there, you know, they were, they were making thousands,'' the FBI quoted Seminerio telling a cooperating witness on tape. ``Screw you, from now on, you know, I'm a consultant.'' |
