| Description | Maureen Murphy, the Republican Party chairman for Worth Township passed away over the weekend after a long battle with cancer.
Murphy previously served as Republican Party chairman for Cook County. She lived in suburban Evergreen Park and also served time as a state representative.
Murphy was known as a staunch conservative who was always willing to stand up for what she believed in. |
