| Description | Jeff Stroehmann, the great-great grandson of the founder of Stroehmann Bakeries, said Monday he will run for the Republican nomination for the 5th Congressional District seat.
Monday’s developments left seven Republicans in the sprawling 16-county district with declared intentions to begin circulating nomination petitions as early as today. They need 1,000 valid signatures each to get their names printed on the April 22 primary election ballot. |
