| Description | John R. Stroup, the mayor of Clarion Borough, has announced that he will seek the 5th Congressional seat held by John Peterson.
He is the mayor of Clarion Borough and the executive director of the Clarion Hospital Foundation.
"Up to two weeks ago I would never have thought about this position, but after Congressman Peterson's announcement I felt that the time was right," Stroup said. |
