| Description | "A second instance in which a woman told police she was harassed by state Sen. Joseph Suliga came to light yesterday, bringing an immediate denial from the Democratic legislator.
An 18-year-old swimsuit saleswoman at a Point Pleasant Beach surf shop described being inappropriately touched and verbally harassed by Suliga and a friend, both of whom had been drinking, on the night of March 3, 2001, according to a police report of the incident. The woman, who was crying when police arrived, did not press charges and no arrests were made."
