Description | About two dozen people turned out Thursday at noon for a rally in downtown Miami to urge Florida voters to defeat Amendment 3, one of six proposed changes to the Florida Constitution. Amendment 3 would require approval by at least 60 percent of voters for enactment of any future constitutional amendment. The current requirement is a simple majority. |
