Veteran Rep. Albert R. Wynn appeared to have prevailed over challenger Donna Edwards in a fiercely contested 4th Congressional District Democratic primary after the last ballots were counted yesterday.
Seven-term incumbent Wynn edged Edwards by more than 2,000 votes, according to unofficial results |
