Description | Thanks to a fellow Republican legislator from Lakeland, Rep. Dennis Ross has found a place to run again.
In an unexpected turn of events, Rep. John Stargel announced Wednesday that he won't seek re-election to his House District 64 seat. Instead, he will run for Circuit Court judge.
Ross, who is giving up his District 63 seat because of a promise made to former City Commissioner Seth McKeel, opened a campaign account Wednesday for the District 64 seat and made plans to move into that district.
