Later, Nassau Legis. David Mejias (D-North Massapequa) flew to the Capitol to confer with congressional Democrats, only to demur. Now, Nassau lawmaker David Denenberg says he is "seriously considering" challenging veteran Rep. Peter King (R-Seaford), and is taking the first concrete steps toward mounting a campaign. |
