| Description | TALLAHASSEE -- A Democratic state lawmaker from Orlando who has clashed with her own party's leaders is expected to announce today that she will join the Republican Party.
Rep. Sheri McInvale, first elected to the state House in 2002, is set to reveal the switch today, according to several people involved in Central Florida politics. Three said they had spoken to McInvale directly.
