NLR’s Suskie enters [AR] attorney general race

North Little Rock City Attorney Paul Suskie said Monday that he will seek the Democratic nomination for attorney general next year.
"I am going to run on my experience and my judgment," said Suskie, city attorney since 2000 and assistant city attorney from 1996-2000. He’s president of the Arkansas City Attorney Association.
Suskie, who has been in the Arkansas National Guard since 1997, said his service in Afghanistan from January through June this year was "a life-changing experience" that drove home to him the importance of having good people in public office. |
